Return Policy and 6-Months Warranty

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

- Returns must be sent to the following address: Bo Put, Koh Samui, 84310 Surat Thani, Thailand.

Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

For all regions, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the return eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved or not.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6-Month Warranty on Jewelry

At Zali.K, we provide a 6-Month warranty on all our jewelry, starting from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken clasps, defective soldering).
- Discoloration or plating issues caused by production defects.

What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, natural tarnishing).
- Damage caused by misuse (e.g., exposure to chemicals, impacts, or improper care).
- Loss or theft.

To claim your warranty:
- Contact us at info@zali-k.com with proof of purchase.
- Ensure the jewelry is returned with all its original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
